Practice Information
Practices are held at designated turf fields (see calendar for details)
Players should arrive 10–15 minutes early and be ready to begin on time
Attendance is important for individual and team development.
What to Bring to Practice
Players should come prepared with:
- Field hockey stick
- Shin guards and mouthguard
- Turf shoes or cleats (based on surface)
- Water bottle
- Practice pinnie (if provided)
Game & Tournament Expectations
- Players are expected to arrive on time and prepared for games
- Team communication will be provided prior to each event
- Tournament schedules and locations will be posted on the calendar
Hymax teams compete in regional and national tournaments throughout the season.
Player Expectations
Hymax athletes are expected to:
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Be coachable and open to feedback
- Show respect for coaches, teammates, and opponents
- Represent Hymax with a positive attitude
Practice Schedule
Practices are held at The Bryn Mawr School and Garrison Forest School.
Season Runs: March 20, 2026 to June 2, 2026

U16-U19: Tuesdays & Thursdays
U14: Wednesdays
U10-U12: Sundays (Until Hoco League begins)
Garrison Forest School Paw Print & Zolenas Turf Fields
U10-U14: Fridays 6:15 PM – 7:45 PM
Goal Keeper Only Practice
U10-U14: Fridays 6:15 PM – 7 PM
U16-U19: 7 PM – 7:45 PM

U10-U14 Teams compete in two league games each week.
