Hallow Hockey 7v7 Tournament

Let the countdown begin! Hymax Field Hockey is gearing up for our seventh annual Hallow Hockey tournament! This women’s field hockey tournament is a perennial fan favorite, so we’re excited to host it once again. It will be a great opportunity for players and spectators alike to experience Maryland field hockey at its best!

What Is the Hallow Hockey Tournament?

The Hallow Hockey tournament features REC players competing in a small-field, 7v7 format. This format encourages active involvement from every player, while helping them practice their stick work and field positioning that they’ve been developing at our area of field hockey clinics, rec leagues  and camps! Brackets will be divided into grades 3-4, 5-6, and 7-8, and each team will be guaranteed four games. The winners of each bracket will receive a championship T-shirt, making it the perfect way to add to their Fall season!

Tournament Structure

Each game in the Hallow Hockey tournament will be 20 minutes long, with five minute breaks in between. We are striving for a minimum of ten teams in each division, and there is a possibility that we will further divide each division into two groups of five teams. Our goal is to provide a fun and competitive Maryland field hockey event for everyone!

Location and Time

The Hallow Hockey tournament will be held on October 8, 2022. It will take place at the Garrison Forest School, which is located at 300 Garrison Forest Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117. There are no tricks here — this will be a treat for all lovers of women’s field hockey!

How to Sign Up

Signing up for the Hallow Hockey tournament is as easy as signing up for one of our Maryland field hockey camps! Registration is now open, and all it takes is entering some basic information, along with a cost of $395 per team.
